Return & Refund Policy
Returns
Due to the nature of food and wellness products, returns are accepted only if:
- The product received is damaged.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is expired upon delivery.
Return Request
Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting photographs.
Refunds
Once the claim is verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
